Brief introduction of Aluminum
The relative density of aluminum is 2.70, and its amount is second only to that of oxygen and silicon in the earth. The aluminum is widely applicable for some important sectors, such as aviation, construction, and automobile industry. So the aluminum is an essential material concerned with the development of national economy.

Technical process of Aluminum Beneficiation
A jaw crusher firstly deals with the aluminum ores, after which reach a certain degree. The elevating conveyor carries them to the ball mill evenly. The ball mill will grind those aluminum particles further.
Aluminum fines are carried into the spiral classifier. In the liquid, different aluminum particles will drop in succession according to their different densities.
After washed by water, the magnetic separator will pick those magnetic mineral particles.
Then the flotator will deal with those aluminum particles according to different magnitudes of magnetism. Varied additives are poured into the liquid to separator the mineral according to their properties.
The final products will be initially thickened and dried by thickener and dryer in succession. So the dry mineral products are finished.
